Who is DocAutoSign for?
Small businesses, dealers, tax offices and contractors who need to manage documents from a computer or phone.
Is it legally binding?
ESIGN and UETA recognize many electronic signatures in the United States when their requirements are met. Every signed document includes an audit trail. Some documents require other processes. Check the rules for your document and jurisdiction; this is not legal advice.
How do I request a signature?
Upload a PDF, place signature fields and send a secure link to the signer. The signer can complete it from their device, and an audit trail is retained.
How do I collect an invoice payment online?
On a plan with invoices, connect Stripe in payment settings, create an invoice and share its link. The customer can pay online when payments are enabled. You can also configure a PayPal link.
Can I fax without a fax machine?
Yes. You can send documents by fax from DocAutoSign. Included pages, number activation and additional charges depend on your plan. See Pricing for the current terms.
Can I save templates?
Paid plans include reusable templates. Free does not include templates. Visit Templates to explore the options.
Are Arizona MVD forms available?
DocAutoSign provides official Arizona MVD forms, including Bill of Sale 48-2004 and Power of Attorney 48-1001. Check each form's requirements before submitting it.
What can the AI tools do?
AI can help draft documents, improve text and extract information from scanned documents. Review results before use; scanning and editing tools depend on your plan.
How does AI usage work?
Free includes 3 one-time AI actions. Basic includes 5, Pro 10 and Diamond Pro 20 per month, with no monthly rollover. Purchased AI usage packs do not expire. See Pricing for details.
What does the Free plan include?
Free includes fill and sign, 20 e-signatures per month and signed document downloads with a watermark. It does not include advanced editing, OCR, phone scanning or templates.
How much do plans cost?
Free: $0; Basic: $10/month; Pro: $19/month; Diamond Pro: $39/month. Annual billing and Firms quotes are also available. See Pricing for current limits, features and additional charges.
How are my documents protected?
DocAutoSign uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit trails. See Security and Privacy for the practices and data deletion options.
How do I cancel?
Cancel your paid subscription in Settings → Plan & billing. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
